Returns & Exchanges

Mirror Palais accepts returns for store credit or exchange on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all vintage, sale items, and intimate apparel are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the full value of the item to your email address.
